To optimize the experience for customers, agents, and distributors when searching for product information, HyperWork has developed and provided a Helpdesk system – offering thorough and quick support for product-related issues.

Specifically, HyperWork Helpdesk allows users to search by product. When looking up a product's name, code, or a keyword, you can receive comprehensive information with three main types of content:

- User manuals, installation guides: Mechanical and electronic products are supplemented with detailed user and installation guides, aiming for all HyperWork end-users to have the most comprehensive product experience.

- Real product showcases: Customers and distributors gain additional visual resources to easily visualize the product and its usage context. Aesthetics and presentation are emphasized in the showcase section to provide comprehensive images of the product's features and appearance.

- Free media resources for distributors: Provides complete technical images, setup photos, highlight videos, product usage videos in various contexts; images and videos for PR-Marketing activities such as product launches, promotions, etc.



By building the Helpdesk, HyperWork hopes to:
- Enhance customer experience: HyperWork aims to help customers, distributors, and agents resolve issues and inquiries quickly, efficiently, and intuitively.
